D/B/A Apartment Seekers provides certain technical, marketing support, and customer support services to the subsidiaries and affiliates.

D/B/A Apartment Seekers; (2) the Materials are not modified or redistributed; and (3) all copyright, trademark, service mark and other proprietary notices are reproduced as they appear in any such Materials. Except as expressly provided above, nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or right under any patent, trademark or copyright of Prime Real Estate Services, Inc. D/B/A Apartment Seekers.

 

4. Devices. Modification of this contract will be deemed effective upon publication on the Web site with respect to any Renters or Lessor actions, communications or transactions occurring after said date. It is your responsibility to check terms and conditions of this Agreement at the time of each use.

11. Severability. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. Prime Real Estate Services, Inc. D/B/A Apartment Seekers is licensed as a Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida and those states where it believes it may be necessary to do so in order to comply with state regulations. While Prime Real Estate Services, Inc. D/B/A Apartment Seekers is licensed in certain states, Prime Real Estate Services, Inc. D/B/A Apartment Seekers does not render legal, brokerage, or other professional advice or services to either its Renter or Lessor customers.

12. General. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida , without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Leon County, Florida, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this Web site. Use of this Web site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.

13. Roommate Matching. Anyone using the roommate matching service provided by Theapartmentseekers.com must be 18 years of age to participate.  Content therein may not be suitable for those under 18 years of age and therefore is prohibited.  Theapartmentseekers.com, Prime Real Estate Services, Inc. D/B/A Apartment Seekers is not responsible for content posted by those using the roommate matching service.  Anyone under 18 may contact our office and with parental consent may be given information on those looking for a roommate.

14. Real Estate License.  Prime Real Estate Services, Inc. D/B/A Apartment Seekers is a licensed real estate brokerage.  Charles R. Howell is a licensed real estate broker. 

15. Fair Housing.  Prime Real Estate Services, Inc. D/B/A Apartment Seekers observes all fair housing laws and does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin.
