Apartment Seekers opened in March 2000 in Tallahassee, Florida. As students at Florida State University we saw a need for this type of service. It would literally take us weeks, if not months to compare prices, amenities, location, pet policy, etc. We would have to use the internet, newspapers, magazines, and visit the communities just to find out if that community fit what we were looking to rent. It was a nightmare.

Well, now we have made it easier on you. Apartment Seekers can take weeks off your search time, saving you time, gas, energy, and money. We have done the hard work for you. Why, because you have better things to do than research places to live, but we don’t!

Below are the simple steps to finding the perfect match between you and your next home. Fill out our application on-line or in our office explaining exactly what you are looking for.

• If you fill out the application on-line and a rental consultant will contact you within 24 hours to go over your results, answer questions, and give objective opinions. If you fill out the application at our office you will have the opportunity to sit down with a rental consultant, ask questions, see photos, get an objective opinion.
• Everyone will receive a personalized booklet in hard copy and by email highlighting those communities which matched your search to review at your leisure.
• Now that you are educated on your housing options, you can determine the best housing situation for yourself. Knowledge is power. When you visit each community be sure to tell them Apartment Seekers sent you. List us on the guest card and application as how you heard about the community. We receive a referral fee from them.
