Chuck Howell - is Apartment Seekers founding father. He was raised in Tallahassee, graduated from Leon High School and went on to play baseball at Florida State University from 1994-1997. His baseball career ended with an elbow injury but his competitive edge still remains strong. He went to work for his father’s company after college and increased the companies revenue by 500%. Throughout the time he was working with his father he came up with the idea to start an apartment locating service in Tallahassee. There seemed to be a big need for such a business so he opened Apartment Seekers in March 2000.

Christina Wimberley - was raised in Tallahassee and graduated from Lincoln High School and Florida State University. She practiced as a critical care registered nurse in various intensive care units around the area for many years, while working on her Master’s in Nursing. More recently she got her real estate license and currently works in numerous aspects of the business. She brings great energy and new ideas to the company.

Carol Miles - is our office manager and a great one at that. She is extremely organized and keeps all the rest of us focused. Carol is responsible for day-to-day operation of our business, and supervising the rental consultants. Her diligence and organization really pays off around bill collection time.

Carla Stanley & Kristina Webster are our rental consultants. Their knowledge of the apartment communities in Tallahassee is truly amazing. If you have a question about rental property they are your girls. Both of them bring enthusiasm and smiles to our company and treat every client with respect and courtesy.

Granit Consulting, Inc. - our outside IT consultants manage and maintain the systems that run our company. A local Tallahassee business that provides support in all areas: software development, network administration, troubleshooting, and web site development.
