Q. How do you keep your service free?
A. If you sign a lease at one of our contracted communities we charge them a referral fee. This is how we make money and are able to keep our service free to potential tenants.

Q. Do I have a higher rent rate if I go through Apartment Seekers to find a place to rent?
A. No, everyone is charged the same rent rate no matter what the referral source. The referral fee the community pays us comes out of their marketing and advertising budget and in no way will affect your rent rate.

Q. Are there hidden costs to your service?
A. No, it is completely free as long as you do two simple things for us. First, is to list Apartment Seekers as your source of referral or how you heard about the community on all guest cards and applications. Second, is let us know where you signed a lease, even if it is not one of the places we referred you to.

Q.How do I let you know where I signed a lease?
A.You can call us, email us, come in to office, or mail back your pre-paid reply card.

Q. What information will you need to know about my lease?
A. We will need to know where you signed a lease, all your roommates names that came with you, your rental amount, length of lease, and when your lease starts.
