Apartment Seekers opened in March of 2000 in Tallahassee, Florida. As students at Florida State University we saw a need for this type of personalized service. It would literally take us weeks, if not months to compare prices, amenities, location, pet policies, etc. We spent countless hours surfing the net, thumbing through newspapers, magazines or driving endlessly around town to find rentals that fit what we were looking for. It was a nightmare!

Well, now we have made it easier for you! Apartment Seekers can take the stress out of searching on your own by saving you time, gas, energy, and money! WE have done the hard work for you! Why? Because you have better things to do than research places to live, but we don’t! Aside from being a locator service, we offer Roommate Matching through our website, sublease or private listing advertising and buy/sell real estate options.

Below are the simple steps to finding the perfect match between you and your next home:

1. You must register on the home page and agree to the Terms of Use Policy detailed in the registration section in order to utilize the detailed apartment search options and have full access to the website.
2. Once you register you will receive an activation link via email to the email address you provided when registering. Click on the link contained in the email and you will be redirected to the Apartment Seekers website where you can search for an apartment or private rental. You will be provided with detailed information, pictures and maps that will meet your specific search criteria. You may also view available subleases.
3. If you sign a lease with any of the properties you have searched or saved as a favorite on the Apartment Seekers website, please be sure you and any roommates if applicable list Apartment Seekers on all applications and guest cards as your ONLY referral source. This is how we keep our service FREE to you.
4. You may contact our office during normal business hours if you have any questions or problems using the website. Or you may use the Contact Us section of the website and email us.

1. Complete our brief application letting us know what you are looking for
2. Meet with a rental consultant to go over your application & discuss details
3. Your search criteria will be matched with properties in our database and printed out for you in a personalized booklet to take with you as you visit each apartment community or private rental you’ve been given
4. During and after the consultation your rental consultant will answer any questions or concerns you might have regarding your matches
5. If you or any roommates if applicable sign a lease with any of the properties given to you, please be sure you all list Apartment Seekers on all applications and guest cards as your ONLY referral source. This is how we keep our service FREE to you!
